Woodcote Carriage Company – Cancellation Procedure

At Woodcote Carriage, we are committed to handling all customer concerns promptly and fairly. Please find our cancellation procedure outlined below.Once you have signed the order form (which constitutes a binding contract) and paid a deposit, you are committed to purchasing the vehicle. At this point, the vehicle is taken off sale so it cannot be sold to another customer, and preparation begins in our After Sales Department.If you are part exchanging a vehicle, you are agreeing to sell it to us as presented at the agreed price.

If You Wish to Cancel Your Purchase

Should you decide to cancel your order, your deposit will be used to cover costs we have incurred in preparing the vehicle. This may include:

  • Administrative costs
  • Advertising costs
  • Loss of profit

If you have already taken delivery of the vehicle, additional charges will apply:

  • 10% depreciation of the vehicle (calculated from the date of signing the order form)
  • 40p per mile for any additional mileage accrued since signing the order form

How to Request a Cancellation
